I am Loren Pardue. I have spent my working life in two callings that ask the same thing of a person: pay attention, and take care of people. Law and nursing both taught me that the details matter and that patience is a skill.

Years in courtrooms and hospital corridors. Long drives, longer nights, and a fair amount of learning things the hard way. I have built cases, cared for patients, and kept a camera close the whole time.

Practicing, writing, photographing, and traveling when the calendar allows. This site is where I keep the record of it.

Better work, fewer wasted days, more time outdoors, and a body of photographs and writing worth handing forward.
